Patrick founded MidMarket Capital Advisors after serving as head of Fleet M&A Advisors Philadelphia office. He previously served as Partner and Director of M&A for Howard, Lawson & Company, which was acquired in 2000 through a series of transactions and became the M&A unit of FleetBoston’s capital markets group. Patrick originally joined Howard, Lawson in 1979 and held positions of increasing responsibility. He holds an MBA from Drexel University, a BBA from Temple University and is a NASD Registered Securities Principal. Mr. Hurley is the former Chairman of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) which has 11,400 members in 48 chapters throughout North America and Europe. He also serves on the board of directors of American Refining Group, Inc. and the Family Firm Institute.
Mr. Tsai, a Partner of the firm, has rich background in financial analysis, restructuring, strategy development, business development, acquisitions and international dealings. His experience has been most recently as a Senior Analyst with a firm specializing in corporate restructuring and merchant banking located in Plymouth Meeting. Telu’s previous experience includes management in firms located in Taipei, Taiwan and Hong Kong, China. He holds a MBA from St. Joseph’s University as well as a BS from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
Ms. Myers, a Partner of the firm, graduated from Boston University, and has held positions with the Philadelphia-based law firm Cozen & O’Connor, focusing on corporate insurance litigation and research. Her other previous experience includes research positions at the Drexel University College of Medicine organizing and producing results for GlaxoSmithKline and Chief Operations Manager for an international humanitarian medical non-profit.
