Tinamarie Feil is co-founder and President of BMC Group. An innovator, frequent author and speaker, she is an active participant in the evolution of legal noticing and claims management and brings three decades’ experience directing various aspects of corporate compliance, communications, insolvency case administration, and the due diligence process in major merger & acquisition transactions. A former Deputy Clerk of the US Bankruptcy Court, her entrepreneurial work has included many “first to market” services (e.g., 1993, first to execute master balloting of publicly traded securities in a cross-border bankruptcy; 1998 free posting of claims registers and court dockets on publicly accessible websites; and 2009 electronic filing of proofs of claim directly with BMC Group as agent of the US Bankruptcy Court). Tinamarie is currently a Director-At-Large of IWIRC, sits on the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a tenured delegate to the UN Committee on International Trade Law (Working Group V, Insolvency).
Lorenzo is the Executive Vice President of Restructuring Services at BMC. In this role, his responsibilities include the creation, development and growth of global restructuring products and services. Lorenzo will also be responsible for developing strategies to promote BMC as a leader in innovation and as a driver in applying technology to create greater efficiencies in the restructuring process of companies around the world. Prior to joining BMC, Lorenzo oversaw cases such as Lehman, Nortel Networks, Chrysler, Delta Airlines, Kmart, Armstrong World and Trump Hotel and Casino Resorts. Lorenzo was on the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute from 2013 to 2015. Lorenzo was also on the Board of Directors for the Turnaround Management Association . He served at the International Board level between 2007 and 2011. Lorenzo has a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Hartwick College.

Under his leadership, BMC Group has expanded internationally while maintaining its innovative culture. His engineering and process improvement background in the automotive, legal and medical industries drives the company’s efforts toward industry leading solutions. With a focus on operationalizing complex processes while increasing data security, Sean oversees the company’s technical development and business strategy. Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
