Vivien Tyrell heads RPC's Restructuring and Insolvency Group. As well as being a solicitor she is an insolvency practitioner licensed by the ICAEW. Advising on insolvency and restructuring matters for over 20 years, Vivien acts on all aspects of insolvency and pre-insolvency situations, for accountant insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders. Her work includes restructuring and the purchase of debt, as well as all types of exit solutions, such as schemes of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act and Part VII transfers under the Financial Services and Markets Act. She also advises on all cross-border matters, including repatriation of assets.
Amy Gallimore is a Legal Director in RPC's Restructuring & Insolvency team, and has specialised in insolvency for over 10 years. Amy advises on all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency law. She acts for insolvency practitioners in both contentious and non-contentious related matters, and for company directors and creditors, often in conjunction with accountants and turnaround advisers. Amy is a contributor to Tolley's Insolvency Law, and has written technical updates, commentary and know-how for PLC, and R3's Recovery magazine.
Advising clients on all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency law, Tim Moynihan is part of the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency team. Tim provides advisory, transactional and contentious advice in both distressed and formal insolvency situations. He acts for the full range of stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, debtors, lenders, creditors and company directors. Tim has recently acted on significant matters in the retail, life sciences and, insurance and financial services sectors.
