Since joining the firm in 1986, David has gained significant experience in joint ventures, securities and British and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is particularly skilled in public takeovers, both agreed and hostile. David advises several Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) companies and multinational corporations on governance, regulatory matters and transactions. He leads the firm’s talent management programme and served as chairman on the partnership promotion committee. David also contributes to Butterworths Takeovers: Law and Practice.
