Geoff has been in the Insolvency profession for over 30 years. During this time, he has dealt with a vast range of situations involving financial impairment, restructuring, and performance improvement, recovering funds and mitigating losses for a diverse range of stakeholders. Geoff also specialises in managing complex and high profile projects for both government and businesses alike in the UK and Internationally.
Paul leads the Contentious Insolvency Team at FRP Advisory. He focuses on cases where there is “more than meets the eye”, often involving fraud and foreign jurisdictions. This includes, complex investigation, asset tracing and recovery which frequently requires litigation against directors and third parties. Paul's approach is to act quickly and thoroughly utilising robust and effective techniques to maximise recoveries.
