BM&T is an organisation of senior management professionals headed by David Bryan, Alan Tilley and Matthew Quade who have a combined 40 years of experience in turnaround, restructuring and the improvement of underperforming businesses. BM&T is a founding member of the European Restructuring Solutions network (ERS) and has a strong transatlantic affiliation with Conway MacKenzie, offering a total European and US resource of over 150 professionals. In Europe, BM&T have completed over 50 engagements with companies ranging from €10 million to €1.5 billion in revenues in all major industry sectors. These have included independent businesses, group subsidiaries, private equity owned and publically quoted companies. BM&T’s executives are frequent speakers on European turnaround issues and are active leaders in the Turnaround Management Association.
David Bryan is one of the founders of BM&T and is a hands on senior financial manager with extensive experience working with international and UK companies in restructuring and improvement. He has operated at CFO level and in M&A teams in large and mid-market companies in the UK, USA and Europe and has many years experience with quoted and privately owned businesses. His industry experience includes automotive, capital goods, industrial systems and services, media services, laboratory services and a variety of other sectors. A Chartered Accountant, MBA and Certified Turnaround Professional, David worked for United Technologies Corporation and then London listed engineering group The Mayflower Corporation. Since then he has worked in Turnaround, Restructuring and Transaction related services for over twelve years on a variety of cases with many having transatlantic and European cross border elements.
