Martin heads the Corporate team in London and advises corporate clients and not-for-profit and public bodies, including universities, on a range of corporate and commercial issues. With extensive experience in private and public companies, Martin advises on capital re-structuring, equity fund raises, mergers and acquisitions including by general offer, MBOs, MBIs, IPOs including by reverse takeover, on AIM and delisting. His clients include Forbidden Technologies plc and Osirium Technologies plc (both AIM quoted), Tantalus Rare Earths AG (quoted on the Dusseldorf exchange), Telecom Italia SpA, and the University of Reading. Martin is company secretary of both Forbidden Technologies and Osirium Technologies.
