Oleh Zahnitko, PhD, is a partner of Integrites’ since October 2015. Oleh’s principal focus is on corporate finance, financial institutions compliance and exchange control regulations in domestic and international finance. Dr. Zahnitko has strong experience in representing the interests of companies from such industrial areas as automotive, banking, agriculture, consumer lending, NPL sale and restructuring, energy, iron & steel as well as capital markets. His recent projects include syndicated loan facilities to industrial companies and financial institutions, project finance, supporting the market entry of consumer finance companies. Before joining Integrites office in Kyiv, Oleh had co-headed Ukrainian banking and finance team at Gide Loyrette Nouel (2014-2015) and Beiten Burkhardt (2005-2014). At the beginning of his career, Mr. Zahnitko has also worked at various positions, including senior research fellow, at the Economy and Law Research Institute(National Academy of Science of Ukraine) and Donetsk National University (1996-2001).
