Peter (Co-Founder) has over 20 years’ experience working as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Thailand. He represents a wide variety of clients from large financial institutions and internationally based entities through to small businesses in respect of a comprehensive range of business related services, general corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures. Peter also advises clients on banking and finance, and restructuring.
