Daniel Hayek is a member of the management committee and head of Prager Dreifuss’ “Corporate and M&A” team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (mainly strategic buyers), corporate finance, banking, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings as well as corporate matters. He advises business clients in all types of domestic and cross-border transactions. He represents creditors (some of which are banks, hedge funds or other financial institutions) in insolvency and restructuring proceedings. In these fields Daniel also represents clients in court and before arbitration tribunals. Lately, Daniel’s practice has involved acquisitions of Swiss targets for major strategic buyers from a variety of industries as well as business litigation (also in relation to finance and derivatives transactions) in connection with major insolvencies and restructurings of the last decades.
Christina Meyer is a member of the Teams Corporate & M&A and Insolvency & Restructuring of Prager Dreifuss. Her main practice areas are corporate law as well as banking and finance matters. She advises both domestic and international clients in corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance transactions as well as in the area of insolvency law. Before joining Prager Dreifuss Christina Meyer worked as an in-house counsel for a bank and as a law clerk for the Administrative Court of the Canton of Berne.
