Johan Häger is a Stockholm-based Partner and Head of the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice. In addition to banking and debt capital markets, Johan has extensive experience in matters related to financial restructuring and pre-insolvency workouts acting for lenders as well as borrowers. Carl Brodén is a Stockholm-based Finance & Restructuring Counsel. He has broad experience in a wide range of finance-related matters, with a particular focus on bond financings as well as restructurings and workouts. In addition to a Swedish LL.M. degree, Carl has a post-graduate degree from the University of Oxford (M.Jur.) and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to joining Roschier, Carl held the position as Head of Trustee Services at CorpNordic. He has also more than ten years' experience as a financing lawyer at another major Swedish law firm.
Harem Mahir is a Stockholm-based Partner focusing on finance & restructuring. Harem's experience covers various large-scale international acquisition and asset-backed financing transactions, representing international banks and financial institutions as well as private equity investors and large corporate.
