Robert joined Walkers in 2013 having spent six years in the British Virgin Islands practicing as a barrister, and is a partner in the firm's Global Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group. He specialises in contentious corporate, commercial and trusts disputes and contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, including schemes and of arrangement, shareholder disputes, regulatory disputes and applications for urgent injunctive relief. Robert regularly advises insolvency practitioners, law firms, directors, companies, creditors, debtors, shareholders, beneficiaries, hedge funds, banks and trustees on all issues arising out of formal insolvency procedures, restructurings and commercial, corporate, trusts and insolvency disputes.
Alexia Adda joined Walkers' Singapore office in May 2015 where she represents clients in relation to a range of contentious commercial matters, specialising in corporate, funds and trusts disputes, as well as contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. She regularly advises insolvency practitioners, companies, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors, trustees and beneficiaries in respect of issues arising out of cross-border insolvencies, restructurings, shareholder disputes, trusts and commercial disputes, both through litigation and other dispute resolution processes.
Adam Hinks joined Walkers' Singapore office in February 2017 as an Associate in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group where he specialises in cross-border commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters. He has experience advising clients in relation to fraud, shareholder disputes, securing and/or discharging urgent interim relief and the ownership and control of companies.
