Lisa leads the Corporate Advisory and Dispute Resolution practice. She is also the head of Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam focus group. Prior to focusing her practice in the areas of Corporate Advisory, M&A and Corporate and Commercial services, she has practice in the area of corporate litigation. Lisa has worked in major acquisitions, disposal transactions and has also advised on investment and other corporate agreements where parties are in dispute. In the area of corporate advisory, she has advised listed companies and their audit committees and Boards in relation to potential disputes, irregularities, fraud and issues involving directors and shareholders. Her other experiences include cross-border joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the region. Lisa is recommended for Corporate and M&A and Dispute Resolution practices in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2016 publication. She is also a notable practitioner for Corporate and M&A in Chambers and Partner Asia Pacific publication.
