Vladimir Khrenov heads the Derivatives & Capital Markets practice of MZS. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Vladimir was head of the derivatives/ structured products practice at a Magic Circle law firm’s Moscow office. Before that he was head of the emerging markets derivatives and structured products practice at the London branch of JPMorgan. Vladimir was the principal drafter of the Standard Documentation for OTC Financial Derivatives Markets published jointly by the Association of Russian Banks, the National Association of Securities Market Participants and the National Foreign Exchange Association. He is an expert of P.R.I.M.E. Finance – an international organization headquartered in The Hague established to help resolve disputes arising out of complex financial transactions. Vladimir is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and holds an LLM from Columbia University Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
