Tom Hugo Ottesen is Head of Kvale’s Restructuring, insolvency and investigation team. He works mainly with (re)financing, credit security, and credit recovery. He has extensive experience within the field of insolvency and restructuring of hard pressed companies. He also has experience investigating companies, as arbitrator, and as administrator of a deceased's estate. Further, Tom Hugo has extensive corporate legal expertise and has been chairman of the board in multiple companies; he is also Chairman of the Bord of Kvale. He is ranked regularly as a leading lawyer within his fields of competence, both by Legal 500 and Chambers.
Stine D. Snertingdalen specializes in banking and finance, as well as restructuring and insolvency. She assists in negotiating and drafting national and international credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documentation, and advises on financial regulation issues. Stine also assists financial institutions in their effort to minimize their loss in problem cases. Snertingdalen assists companies with restructuring and refinancing their businesses, and she is often appointed as administrator of bankruptcy estates. Snertingdalen is a member of the Norwegian Advisory Council of Bankruptcy, and was one out of four lawyers appointed to the reference group working towards possible changes in Norwegian rules on judicial debt negotiation.
Thomas Piro has substantial experience as a lawyer in the field of restructuring, insolvency and credit assurance.
