Anne is a Partner in the corporate department at ALN - Anjarwalla & Khanna and co-heads the Firm’s Competition Group. With over ten years of experience as a corporate lawyer, she specialises in mergers & acquisitions, IT & telecommunications law, competition law and intellectual property law. Anne also heads the Firm’s Intellectual Properties Practice. Her clients include Emerging Capital Partners, Telkom Kenya, Vivo Energy, Vivo Energy Holding B.V and Vivo Energy Kenya, Helios Investment Partners, Essar, Bharti Airtel, Tata Communications, Godrej, Schneider Electric Industries, Blue Haven, and Tech Mahindra. Anne represented Kenyan stakeholders at the COMESA Competition Workshop where Guidelines for the COMESA Competition Regime were jointly passed and operationalised later that year. Having been involved in a number of prominent corporate transactions in Kenya, Anne has represented multinational corporations and is a recognised leader in her field.
