Mr. Ben-Dor is a partner and manages the firm’s Capital Market, Corporate and Securities Department. Mr. Ben-Dor spent several years in the firm’s Boston office. While working in Boston, he accompanied investors and companies in the field of US securities (mainly NASDAQ and NYSE), life sciences and hi- tech. He also occasionally lectures in various forums on venture capital transactions and hi- tech in Israel, and authored several papers on the subject of capital market and hi- tech.
