He has worked extensively in the Real Estate, e-commerce, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Software, Hospitality and Entertainment industries, advising on a wide range of issues, from acquisitions to structuring transactions. Vivek’s recent high profile transactions include advising a global e-commerce entity on its various investments and exits from companies engaged in the e-commerce space in India, advising a leading cab aggregator service in the acquisition of a company engaged in providing ticketing solutions and advising a sovereign fund in connection with its investment and exit from a real estate company.
