Fraser Hern is the head of Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice in Asia. Joanne joined Walkers' Hong Kong office in March 2014 where she represents clients in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters including commercial disputes and fund related matters, restructurings and privatisations (including by way of Scheme of Arrangement), enforcement of rights and information gathering. Joanne regularly represents debtors, creditors (both secured and unsecured), shareholders and insolvency practitioners with a focus on commercial outcomes. Timothy Haynes is a partner in Walkers' Global Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group and has been with the firm since March 2009. He is based in Hong Kong and specialises in Cayman Islands and BVI commercial litigation and all forms of dispute resolution, and in insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.Tim has over 20 years of experience representing a wide range of clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, particularly in relation to contentious insolvency matters and shareholder and other disputes arising out of distressed corporate and investment vehicles. In addition to his extensive litigation experience in the Cayman Islands and BVI Courts, he is a qualified Chartered Arbitrator and has appeared as an advocate in numerous arbitrations and mediations.
