Consistently rated as one of Asia’s leading corporate advisers, Fred Kinmonth is MinterEllison’s Asia Chairman and the Managing Partner of the firm’s offices in Asia. Spanning more than 35 years, Fred’s experience is matched by impressively wide legal expertise. He has practised as a corporate and transactional lawyer, and as an investment banker, in London and Hong Kong (in HK for over 20 years). While an investment banker, Fred’s responsibilities included equity fund-raisings in a number of Asia countries, including Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.
