Prof. Dr. Jochem Reichert practices in the areas of corporate and group law as well as M&A. He also advises and represents clients in litigation and arbitration. Prof. Dr. Reichert has extensive experience as an arbitrator. He is the editor and author of numerous publications on corporate law and is counted among the leading corporate lawyers in Germany by Who’s Who Legal, Legal500, Handelsblatt and JUVE. He is an Honorary Professor at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, a member of the Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung (VGR), a member of the German American Lawyers’ Association, a member of the board of the Association for the promotion of commercial law at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, a member of Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS), the co-editor of “GmbH-Rundschau” and a member of a number of supervisory and advisory boards. He is also fluent in both German and English.
