Olivier is the partner leading in our Deals practice in France (Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuation, Business Recovery Services, Project Finance), and serves as a partner within our Business Recovery Services group. Olivier has significant experience in financial restructuring situations, and has been involved in some of the most visible cases in the French market over the past years, including Bourbon, CGG, Arc International, Lateocere, Gerad Darel or Jardiland. His expertise includes assistance to debtors through independent business reviews, restructuring options design and implementation, as well as assistance to corporate or financial investors contemplating opportunities in a distressed situation. Olivier is a graduate from EDHEC, is a chartered accountant and is vice-president of the French Turnaround Association (ARE).
Sébastien is highly experienced in doing business in challenging contexts, particularly in France. He currently leads the Business Recovery practice (BRS) of PwC France. He is involved in a wide array of sectors, including fashion, cosmetics, luxury retail, discount retail, newspapers, home appliances, home furnitures, ferry operations, engineering, epc, transportation equipments, food processing, construction materials, printing and steel. He also acts regularly as a lecturer at HEC school of management and INSEAD.
Olivier Sibenaler is a leading practitioner in performance improvement for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. Based in Paris, he is a Partner with PwC France. He works within the Deliver Deal Value Team and is in charge of the Operational Restructuring Practice. After 6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a start-up specializing in contractual research, Olivier joined the consulting world in firms such as Solving International, BearingPoint and recently Alvarez & Marsal, where he specialized in advising companies in difficult situations. The latter activity enabled him to take interim management roles in turnaround situations.
