Jean-Pascal Beauchamp heads Financial Restructuring activity for Deloitte Finance. Fully devoted to turnaround, pre-insolvency and insolvency, Jean-Pascal has 25 years of experience. He is a leading expert in France on distressed M&A/prepack sale, carve-out and financial restructuring matters. His expertise, first acquired while working for an important French receivers firm, was further developed at Mazars and Grant Thornton, where he created and successfully grew restructuring business services. He has accompanied more than 1400 companies in France and throughout Europe, facilitating their understanding and access to the full range of beneficial measures and opportunities made possible by the French Safeguard Law and European Insolvency regulations. Jean-Pascal is an active member of and speaker for the ARE (Association pour le retournement des Entreprises), France’s most renowned organisation dedicated to company turnaround, the AFFIC (French Association of Commercial Courts), the IFPPC (French Institute of Insolvency Procedures Practitioners) and Insol Europe.
Guillaume Bouclier began his career with Deloitte in 1998. After three years in the audit department, he joined the Corporate Finance departments in 2001 based in Paris and Lyon, then in London between 2004 and 2007. He then joined the Restructuring department where he was promoted to Partner in 2010. Guillaume specializes in the coordination and implementation of due diligence operations, cash flow forecasting, financial and operational restructuring and in supporting companies in the mitigation of or during distressed mergers and acquisitions. Involved for more than 20 years in financial consulting, Guillaume has been involved in many Corporate Finance operations, whether financial restructuring, sales / acquisitions or financing. Guillaume intervenes in ventures and transactions of any size, French or international, for large industrial groups as well as in the contexts of LBOs.

Sandrine Gril-Prats has over 20 years of experience in audit and financial advisory in Transaction Services and Restructuring. In 1996, she started her career in the Audit team at Ernst &Young before joining the Restructuring department where she became partner. She joined Deloitte in 2015 to reinforce the Restructuring team led by Jean-Pascal Beauchamp. Specializing in independent business reviews (IBR) and in accompanying clients in pre-insolvency proceedings (mandat ad hoc/conciliation), she assists CEOs in restructurings and reorganizations, as well as in negotiations with banks, employees, States and other parties. Her experience has given her the opportunity to acquire a thorough knowledge of European and cross-country reorganizations. Sandrine is a Chartered Accountant and an active member of ARE, the most important French turnaround association ("Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises").
