Stuart is the Managing Partner of Deloitte in the Cayman Islands and the practice leader for Financial Advisory. In his continued client serving capacity Stuart specializes in providing Insolvency, Corporate Recovery, Forensic Accounting, and Dispute Consulting services to hedge funds, banks, captive insurance and special purpose companies. His experience includes being appointed as Official Liquidator, Provisional Liquidator, Voluntary Liquidator, and Inspector, Receiver, and Controller. Stuart is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant, as well as a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants and founding board member of the Cayman Islands chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association.
Mike has over 27 years’ experience in insolvency, forensic accounting, investigations, valuations and dispute consulting. He specializes in insolvency, managing and performing cross-border fraud investigations and developing and executing asset recovery solutions. Mike has been appointed as an Official Liquidator, Provisional Liquidator and Voluntary Liquidator as well as Receiver and Controller in the Cayman Islands and leads the Financial Advisory practice in the Caribbean & Bermuda Countries. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA-CA), The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association, Cayman Islands (RISA) and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (CISPA).
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting in Canada and the Cayman Islands, providing Restructuring, Forensic and Valuations services for local, regional and international clients. He also serves as Business Valuation leader for the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries region. Tim specializes in forensic investigative, dispute and valuation matters and has extensive experience in insolvency assignments, being appointed as provisional and official liquidator by the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands and as voluntary liquidator for a number of Cayman Islands companies. He has served as Court appointed Official Liquidator and member appointed Voluntary Liquidator. Tim is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA, CA) and Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants and holds an ACCA Certificate in Business Valuations.
