Jay A. Carfagnini is a partner and heads the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans. His practice focuses on banking and financing law, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy and insolvency law. Robert J. Chadwick is a partner and a member of the Executive Committee at Goodmans. Brendan O’Neill is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans.
