Ernesto Tzirulnik has a Doctorate (PhD) in Economic Law from the University of São Paulo. He has written several articles and papers on insurance law and related subjects. He also wrote the first and only book ever published in Brazil about claim s adjustment, “Regulação de Sinistro (ensaio jurídico)” (1999), the first book to comment the insurance contract after the modification of the Brazilian civil code in 2002, “Insurance Contract in the Civil Code of 2002”, and was also the first Brazilian author to have an article about insurance published in the “Assicurazioni - Rivista di diritto, economia e finanza delle assicurazioni private”. As a Professor, Mr. Tzirulnik taught contractual strategy at the School of Law of Fundação Getúlio Vargas up to 2008. He is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.
