Clint has been a partner of Allens and its predecessor firm since 1988. He has practised extensively since 1980, and has a wealth of experience, in the areas of corporate insolvency, security enforcement, work-outs and restructuring, the management of non-performing assets, litigation arising in the context of insolvencies and directors duties. He has a versatile practice having advised leading Australian insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, unsecured creditors, shareholders, directors, purchasers and parties purchasing assets from companies under insolvency administrations. He is well versed in the conduct of proceedings and in adopting dispute resolution mechanisms. He has vast experience conducting commercial proceedings including for and against insolvency administrators, directors, creditors and guarantors. Clint is focused on using his extensive experience, and significant reputation in the market place to achieve desired commercial outcomes.
